• Negotia is an open multi-category digital store connecting buyers and third-party sellers.
• All product prices, promotional discounts, and bargained totals are listed and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3. AI Bargaining System Rules

Negotia features an automated AI bargaining engine that allows customers to negotiate item prices dynamically.

• Any price agreed upon between the buyer and the AI bargaining agent during an active session is binding for that specific transaction upon checkout.
• Attempting to exploit, tamper with, or manipulate the AI bargaining engine via script execution or automated bots is strictly prohibited and will result in order cancellation and account termination.

4. Prohibited Items & Store Integrity

Negotia maintains strict content integrity. Sellers are prohibited from listing, and buyers are prohibited from purchasing, any illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or restricted goods under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore.
