After placing an order, our team reaches out personally via WhatsApp (03444664851) to confirm your delivery details. You can easily confirm or cancel your order at that point before it is dispatched.

All product prices, shipping fees, and AI bargaining totals on Negotia are listed transparently in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

When viewing a product, click the AI Bargain button to start a real-time negotiation with our AI assistant. Once you reach an agreed price, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout at your custom discounted rate.

All logistics, shipping, and returns are centrally managed by Negotia to ensure fast and reliable service across Pakistan. For deliveries outside Lahore, we may utilize third-party logistics services who will manage the physical return of the parcel, but your refund will always be securely processed and directly managed by Negotia.
